What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
This program will positively impact both my professional and personal journeys and growth. I am passionate about engaging in multicultural experiences, meeting new people and experts (in order to learn and develop), and will further enhance skills in analysis, presenting business cases and risk management, team work, flexibility, creativity, diplomacy, use of AutoCAD, and conducting survey works for new hydro power plants.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
After successful completion of the TechWoman program, I will be able to leverage multiple positive influences upon the local community. My main goal is to be a role model for young girls, as a female professional in male-dominated fields of STEM, and I will provide lectures for younger generations looking to study STEM subjects through my volunteer work in collaboration with local universities.
