During my mentorship at the host company, I will utilize my experience in manufacturing practices and organizational skills to provide support and collaborate closely with the team. My goal is to learn from their knowledge and expertise while making valuable contributions throughout the entire mentorship journey. I will actively engage with and show dedication to my mentors, fostering a cohesive team environment to facilitate efficient and effective work.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
Through the TechWomen mentorship, I hope to gain exposure to the latest technologies with experienced mentors from esteemed organizations, fostering the growth of my project management and leadership skills. This experience will help equip me with practical skills in developing sustainable strategies for large-scale projects, from design to implementation. I also look forward to leveraging the valuable networks formed during the program for future initiatives and collaboration.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
After the TechWomen program, I hope to leverage my experience and the connections I've made to develop and implement innovative solutions to the challenges that hinder access to quality education in remote and underserved areas of my home country. In addition, I aim to inspire the youth to drive a positive change in education by actively working to reduce the dropout rates in their own communities.
