What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

While in my current job, I have gained excellent experience through my hardworking, curios and motivated nature. These are my three biggest assets. I know and believe that every person is like unique galaxy, where everyone has something to learn, something to offer, a new point of view. While working in the TechWomen program and with huge and innovative companies, I hope to contribute my previous experiences, which, through successes and failures, made me who I am today.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

1. I would like to get experience in 5G, E-Simcard, Vo LTE, and new technology in mobile cellular companies.
2. How to create unit data base for data analysis, statistics and incoming and out coming correspondence.
3. Gain skills and knowledge for starting a business.

Ideal Company Type

I would like to do an internship with a big international company that focuses on digitalization approaches by creating innovative technologies. e.g. 5G, Vo LTE, IoT, E-simcard, based on a cloud platform. I want to be mentored in a company with a high level of corporate culture. My ideal company puts their employees and team first, as I believe good relations between employees, working together, as a team, brings a company to success.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

Each new piece of knowledge I receive gives me a new experience, answers, opportunities and increases professionalism. This mentorship will help me to increase my professional, communication, leadership and management skills while expanding my network in international way. It will help me learn new ways to gain company confidence when starting new project, in a place where I have been working more than 13 years. Lastly, it will be a good way to gain an international experience and implement my gained experience in my current position.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

Knowledge and gained experience are a continuous stream. I have a principal in life, that knowledge and experience must be shared with another people, because it is necessary to share. I am planning to share my gained experience and impressions of the TechWomen program with my colleagues in my field, who are mostly women. I am going to organize meetings with students, share my experience and motivate younger generations as well. I know that those experiences, which I owe to this program, will benefit for me and my company as well.
