What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?
I am a hard worker who strives to learn new things and I have strong knowledge that integrates the technical side and the product business side, allowing me to contribute to product design sprints or similar activities. I have very good knowledge of e-commerce and an awareness of the market need in both B2B and B2C sectors as well as the entrepreneurship journey in my country since I've been one of the leaders for Rwanda ICT chamber, which is the platform representing ICT sectors, I hope my experience and knowledge will ignite the host company to become the good collaborator.
The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship
- New innovation and adaptability in e-commerce sector using AI technology.

Ideal Company Type
A global, multinational corporation that focuses on consumer goods, e-commerce, or consumer electronics, or a technology company that specializes in microblogging and social networking services, artificial intelligence, search engines, online advertising, cloud computing and social platform companies, would be the best company for me. Focusing on global expansion operations, project management, supply chain network design, business development and supply chain optimization. Open to cultural differences, supporting diversity and inclusion, valuing differences and recognizing that everyone is unique. A corporation that would expose me to the most up-to-date management, optimization and business development platforms, tools and processes.
What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?
- Reliable
- Ambitious
- Driven
What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
I am confident that my experience will result in opportunities to serve and inspire. It will be a life-changing experience that will empower me and allow me to grow personally and professionally, Since I started my entrepreneurship journey, I have realized the challenges Rwandan startups face and mostly the gap women face in tech entrepreneurs. This mentorship will help me to work on designing a program that targets young girls to educate themselves more about a women's role in both tech entrepreneurship and leadership as I believe the current gender imbalance in the industry needs to be treated early on.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
I intend to strengthen the currently ongoing mentorship initiative that I have already started and been awarded through the TechWomen network, by identifying young girls and women with a passion for the tech sector and with entrepreneurship spirit and mentoring them to transform their potential into a viable business opportunity. I also believe that the network I gain from the TechWomen program will allow me to broaden my scope for identifying partnerships and funding opportunities that can bridge the scarcity of capital for start-ups in Rwanda. My Plan is to support the start-up of at least 6 companies every year under my mentorship program.
