What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?
I am an expert at the Turkish language and culture. Same is true for Turkmen language and culture, I can provide any information to any questions one may have. If needed, I can also be guide for anyone who are fluent in Turkmen, Turkish or Russian as well.
The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship
- The creation and process of Marketing/Sales/Service Cloud.
- Develop a team structure and all fundamental steps for members.
- Self-confidence.
Mentorship Characteristic
- Focus on technical skills building
- Identify a short-term project I can work on at the partnering company
- Have exposure to basic industry techniques
- Gets me involved in day-to-day activities of the mentor and partnering company.
Ideal Company Type
The USA has the number one IT field in the world, so I hope to work with a company that allows me to see how Informational Technology is implemented through educational systems. At what age do children become acquainted with coding, what kind of lessons and methods are followed, do they be guided according to their skills, how does it affect children to be educated at an early age? Is it possible to visit secondary schools, colleges and universities where we could find answer to all these questions?
What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?
- Punctual
- Responsible
- Empathetic
What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
A broad perspective is necessary in every field as it is something gained either by reading or by traveling. Traveling means "reading life alive" and I feel like traveling to the United Staes will take my knowledge one step further and feel the real soul of my field by visiting places which I have never heard about till now. A hub of differences, the pinnacle of diversity, an array of different lifestyles, thinking, communications etc. If each person is a link in a collective chain and we meet the other links that hold each other, we find ourselves clinging to each other even tighter.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
I've established my first Salesforce Community in my country where people can get acquainted with Salesforce, become trained and find jobs for the future. I hope to give others an experience similar to what I have seen and experienced. I aspire to be their eyes which have seen, legs which have traveled, brain which have learnt and experienced in a trail of development. This will hopefully broaden our point of view and how we can seize opportunities in better way, bringing awareness of each person's effect in a community.
