This Year, Consider Opening Your Doors to TechWomen

The TechWomen program has been partnering with companies to empower women in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) across the world since 2011. Hosting a TechWomen event is an easy way to support the mission of TechWomen. Events allow our partners to share their work with women leaders in STEM from twenty countries in Africa, South and Central Asia, and the Middle East, as well as their mentors from innovative companies and organizations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Chicago.

We are seeking corporate and institutional partners to provide event space, food, beverages, and logistical support for program events in the San Francisco Bay Area, Silicon Valley, and Chicago in September and October 2023. Event size will vary. We are in need of space for larger events with 200-300 people, as well as space for smaller events with 50-100 participants. While specific needs depend on the event’s purpose and time of day, donated space usually includes chairs, tables, AV equipment, possible breakout rooms, and catering in the form of a coffee break or meal.

Opportunities to Host an Event:

  • Program orientation
  • Workshops
  • Evening tech talks
  • Special events
  • Panel discussions
  • Farewell dinner and party

  • Autodesk
  • Chan Zuckerberg Biohub
