TechWomen connects and supports the next generation of women leaders in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics by providing them the access and opportunities to advance their careers and pursue their dreams.
During the 2019 program, Emerging Leaders (ELs) developed action plans to address a socioeconomic challenge in their local communities. Each country cohort was paired with Impact Coaches to guide the group through the action plan process. Each participant works on a mutually beneficial project with her Professional Mentor and attends tailored tech talks, special events, and workshops on topics such as entrepreneurship and leadership.
