TechWomen connects and supports the next generation of women leaders in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics by providing them the access and opportunities to advance their careers and pursue their dreams.
2019 Action Plans
During the 2019 program, Emerging Leaders (ELs) developed action plans to address a socioeconomic challenge in their local communities. Each country cohort was paired with Impact Coaches to guide the group through the action plan process. At Action Plan Workshop 1, ELs identified issues in their home countries and began to build a blueprint for their action plan. Professional Development
Each participant works on a mutually beneficial project with her Professional Mentor and attends tailored tech talks, special events, and workshops on topics such as entrepreneurship and leadership.
Cultural Exchange

Delegation Trips
After the participants return home, TechWomen delegates travel to program countries to bring the program full-circle.

The TechWomen program takes the health and safety of our Emerging Leaders, mentors and host company partners seriously, and are taking all necessary steps to ensure we can deliver both a safe and successful program.
