Host an Emerging Leader

Join Us

Are there women leaders in your company eager to give back? We want to hear from you! The TechWomen program is seeking women working in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) in the San Francisco Bay Area and Chicago to mentor emerging women leaders from Africa, Central and South Asia, and the Middle East.

Why?

We face a global crisis when it comes to the shortage of women in STEM fields. With a history of solving problems fearlessly and doing big things in innovative ways, companies in the Bay Area and Chicago are leading the effort to change the face of leadership in STEM.

Through our mentorship program, we seek to foster a supportive network of women throughout the United States, Africa, Central Asia, the Middle East and the world. Our volunteer Mentors are the lifeblood of what we do. Mentorship host companies are uniquely positioned to help each Professional Mentor and Emerging Leader collaborate on a mutually beneficial project that will impact both the company and the Emerging Leader far beyond the program’s four-week duration.

Impact

After participating in TechWomen, Mentors often feel renewed and more connected to their work. They feel supported in their own professional journey, valued as individuals, and inspired with the knowledge that they are building and nurturing the pipeline of future women leaders. As we all know, the benefits of a bigger footprint of women in STEM are endless. It’s part of our shared vision of a better, more innovative, and equitable world.
