What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

Mentorship in a prominent tech industry will provide me with necessary tools to reach my program goals and expand my technical knowledge. Achieving my academic and career goals and becoming an empowered women has been a challenging journey for me due to entrenched social norms and gender biases. I am passionate about making a difference in my community and empowering women and girls by sharing my stories. Knowledge and experience I’ll acquire on innovative tech solutions will be beneficial both to my community as well as to my organization's digital sustainability agenda. I am looking forward to help building momentum behind digital and tech future of my community and contribute to emerging technology content of my current organization.

I am excited to join TechWomen's community of professionals who continue making a positive difference in people's lives around the world, and I will leverage my mentorship experience to provide leadership, help building resilience, and enable social inclusion of women studying and working in tech. I intend to identify learning needs of female tech professionals and develop strategies to help them build strong professional profiles and increase their visibility.
