What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

My most valuable contribution to my TechWomen mentorship will be my expertise in project management, training facilitation, coordination, and communication, coupled with my passion for working on projects with a strong social impact. I am skilled at managing projects that address societal challenges and promote positive change. With my ability to provide guidance, facilitate training, and effectively coordinate efforts, I can contribute to projects that aim to make a meaningful difference in the company. I am committed to leveraging my skills and knowledge to drive social impact and create a better future through collaborative and purpose-driven initiatives.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

1. Understanding AI ethics regulations and recommendations. I aim to explore the ethical considerations surrounding AI, including issues such as bias, privacy, and transparency. By studying existing regulations and guidelines, I hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of responsible AI practices and their implications.
2. Exploring big tech's climate change efforts. Interested in initiatives, strategies, and sustainable practices of major technology companies.
3. Harness creativity to drive innovation, solve complex problems, and contribute to the betterment of society

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I am genuinely eager to learn from someone who has not only achieved remarkable success but also understands the challenges of balancing their accomplishments with the responsibilities of raising children. I am keen on understanding their journey and the strategies they employed to accomplish their goals. Implementing their valuable insights in my own life would be invaluable. Moreover, having a mentor, particularly a woman of color, would provide unique perspectives and guidance that I could integrate into my professional growth. Through this collaboration, I aim to glean wisdom, replicate their achievements, and chart a successful course for my own future.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

As a recipient of the presidential scholarship to study at UCL and having written strategies for government ministries, I plan to leverage my TechWomen experience to consult the government of the Kyrgyz Republic. Additionally, on a smaller scale, I am passionate about conducting a series of events on digital literacy in collaboration with experts. These events will aim to empower individuals with essential digital skills and knowledge, fostering greater digital inclusion and opportunities within Kyrgyzstan. By combining government consultation and community-driven initiatives, I aspire to contribute to the overall advancement of technology, sustainable development, and digital literacy in my country.
