My most valuable contribution to my TechWomen mentorship will come from my entrepreneurial experiences and expertise in engineering, environmental science, and education technology. As the founder and CEO of Trace Education, I offer insights into business strategy, leadership and innovation, enabling successful venture development. Aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals, my passion for environmental sustainability inspires the integration of green practices. With effective communication, project coordination and STEM principles, we will explore innovative solutions and drive positive change. Together, we will contribute to the growth and success of our host company, fostering sustainability and making a lasting impact.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After participating in the TechWomen program, I will leverage my experience by establishing collaborative partnerships between international organizations and institutions in my home country, Egypt, to promote knowledge exchange, innovation, and women's empowerment in the fields of STEM and sustainable development. Through mentorship, capacity-building initiatives and advocacy, I aim to inspire and support the next generation of Egyptian women in pursuing careers in technology, driving positive social change and contributing to the growth and development of Egypt's innovation ecosystem. This experience will broaden my perspective, promoting open-mindedness and acceptance of diverse viewpoints, while enhancing my skills, independence, and self-confidence.
