I'm a highly qualified professional with experience at the international level in project management, partnership building, donor funded projects, who brings enthusiastic leadership, technical depth and a strong result orientation. I have a broad array of international experience in management across construction, green design, climate change, landscape, sustainable development and scientific sectors. I think that I'm a perfect match for the TechWomen program thanks to my professional journey and experiences I have encountered. I am able to respond to the unforeseen independently.

  2. Renewable energy equipment variations and their installation into buildings.
  3. Team leadership and people management.

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Identify workshops or certificate programs to further my learning after the program has ended
  • Focus on technical skills building

Ideal Company Type

My main priority is to acquire a wider knowledge within the area of green buildings, low carbon equipment and other aspects of sustainability. I would like to add to my skill set a gained knowledge into the curriculum within my department and to work my mentor to continue to design such kind of buildings.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Motivated
  2. Disciplined
  3. Creative

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I have conducted several capacity buildings events on the topics of the energy efficient and low carbon housing, policy actions in the area of climate change and I see that a lot of national experts still have some gaps in this area. Thanks to the TechWomen mentorship program, I will acquire a wider range of knowledge in this area, which I will definitely implement into my working environment. Participating in the TechWomen program is really the key to my future success within chosen targeted area, it will help me to achieve my personal career goals and also, I will be able to help other people in my country.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I want to organize workshops for students and national experts in this area on the highlights of the achieved results within the TechWoman program. I will share all acquired knowledge which will be useful for their future endeavors, career development and educational process. I will help them to go through these workshops and I definitely want to have a Q&A session where I can answer any and all participant's questions. Plus, I want to encourage them to apply and participate in the TechWomen program to share with women in similar fields the possibilities for their professional development as I did.
