As a technical profile, I miss a lot of skills to manage my company. For that, it will be great if I improve my business skills, sales techniques, public speaking, networking and company management.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Curious
  2. Assertive
  3. Agile

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I wish my prospective U.S. based mentor will help me to scale my career and professional path through insights gained from the TechWomen program. This will be accomplished through their advice in startup management, business, sales, branding and overall team management.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After participating in the TechWomen porgram, I will contribute to the growth of startups and entrepreneurship in my country. I want to mentor aspiring entrepreneurs, provide guidance on business strategies and share insights on accessing funding and resources. I also hope to transfer my knowledge and share the skills gained during the TechWomen program with my colleagues, peers and the local tech community creating workshops, presentations or training sessions to help others benefit from the insights and expertise gained. Lastly, I am looking forward to transferring over the cultural insighted I gained during my mentorship abroad.
