My most valuable contribution to my TechWomen mentorship would be my well-rounded expertise in both technical and non-technical domains, including software engineering, business acumen, interpersonal skills and community engagement. I can offer valuable insights, guidance and knowledge to my mentor in these diverse areas, while also sharing best practices and innovative solutions with my host company. Moreover, my passion for fostering collaboration, empowering individuals and inspiring others through dedication, enthusiasm and effective communication will help motivate and uplift not only my mentor but also my colleagues throughout the mentorship program.
The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship
- How are AI and ML being utilized to improve applications, especially user experiences.
- Watch the lifecycle of tech products and their results from idea to execution and market.
- Develop team leadership and gain an understanding of responsibilities of team leads and project managers.

I believe this mentorship will provide me with a broader perspective on industry trends, tech business strategies and innovative approaches that will significantly impact my career trajectory. Furthermore, I aim to utilize the knowledge and experiences gained to inspire and empower girls in my community, fostering their interest in technology and entrepreneurship while promoting diversity and inclusion in the field.

After participating in the TechWomen program, I plan to leverage my experience by sharing the knowledge, skills and networks gained with aspiring technologists in my home country. Through mentorship programs, workshops and community initiatives, I aim to empower individuals, particularly women and girls, to pursue careers in technology and entrepreneurship. By fostering a supportive ecosystem, promoting diversity and inclusion and advocating for equitable opportunities, I aspire to make a lasting impact and contribute to the growth and development of Lebanon's tech scene, driving innovation and socio-economic progress which is very needed right now.
