My most valuable contribution would be to share my nine-year experience as a software engineer within the host company, my passion for technology, and how I'm eager to learn new things allow me to effectively contribute to projects and actively participate in knowledge-sharing. I am an action-oriented engineer with a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards. Consequently, I take the initiative to meticulously document best practices, both to guide my own actions and to inspire fellow colleagues. I am dedicated to championing the adoption of these practices within the host company.

I see this collaboration as a gateway to an array of new opportunities, it will empower me with skills, knowledge, and practical experience thereby enhancing my capabilities as a software engineer and to grow faster in my career. I'll have the ability to share these newfound skills and knowledge, ultimately contributing to the refinement of my upcoming projects. I'm sure that it will enable me to connect with more professionals in my field, foster the exchange of ideas, and nurture my growth as a leader and I will be prepared to extend my assistance to other women within my community
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
I will utilize the knowledge gained to empower young women within my network. My objective is to enhance their IT skills and foster their leadership potential. I intend to introduce them to TechWomen program and encourage them to participate so they can contribute to our community, and enhance Jordan's prominence in the IT sector. I will share the techniques and methodologies I gain from TechWomen with my colleagues within the company. This will enable our team to implement these practices to make travel more enjoyable. This will provide the Jordanian team with an improved opportunity for growth within Expedia Group.
