During the TechWomen mentorship, my most valuable contribution would be my expertise in artificial intelligence and data analysis. I can share my knowledge and skills in these areas, providing guidance and insights to my mentor and the individuals at my host company. I aim to bring a fresh perspective and contribute to innovative solutions during my mentorship experience. Additionally, I can contribute my experience in implementing data-driven solutions and optimizing processes. Moreover, I am driven to acquire a comprehensive understanding of practical projects that highlight the role of AI in addressing social and environmental challenges, ultimately contributing to the achievement of the SDGs and fostering a more sustainable and inclusive future.

Particularly, I am eager to gain practical insights into how AI plays a pivotal role in developing AI-powered solutions to address complex problems, automate processes, optimize decision-making processes, and provide intelligent insights to support sustainable development initiatives. By connecting with industry specialists and entrepreneurs, I can gain insights from their success stories and establish my own technology-based startup. This program will provide guidance and feedback to shape my career goals, while also deepening my expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Overall, TechWomen will broaden my horizons, unlock my potential, create lasting changes in my life by fostering diversity and knowledge exchange.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

The TechWomen program will empower me to address the prevalent challenges experienced by women in the STEM sector. It aims to activate the potential of women and unleash creativity in the field of IT, transforming their innovative ideas and solutions into tangible realities. I will acquire the skills to attract startup funding and sponsors, receive guidance in project development and learn how to effectively convert research outputs into investment projects, applied technologies, knowledge generation and technology production. The mentorship will equip me with the necessary tools to make a significant impact and bring about positive change in the industry using research and development.
