What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

I will do my best to actively participate in exchanges and activities with the hosting company team, using my specialized knowledge to contribute ideas, and sharing information about my company and my country's culture.

1. Learn more about data analysis, statistics and report creation via data visualization tools

My ideal company has a national or international structure that installs and manages optical transmission networks (so that I can learn how to set up a stable and secure optical transport network in terms of technologies, equipment, and administration), where I can learn about data analysis and statistics reports, where all employees respect and help each other and work with a team spirit, where youth innovation is highlighted.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

Exchanging ideas and having meaningful discussions with my mentor will allow me to identify new interests, gain knowledge and opportunities in my field to improve my career, increase my collaborative abilities, and elevate me to more advanced levels of understanding.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

First, I will mentor and encourage the 200 women with technical background at my company to apply to the TechWomen program. As the project manager of AfricanWITS Young Leaders, a program dedicated to encouraging girls in universities and rural zones to continue studies and build a career in STEM, I will utilize the TechWomen network to connect girls in Cameroon to inspiring female role models and mentors.
