What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

I'm eager to share my demonstrated experience in marketing and product management and community building, especially since I've recently been driver in the product community, which is the platform transformations for PMs in Uzbekistan. I strive to be a role model and represent my country by demonstrating leadership, ownership and an eagerness to innovate, simplify and add value.

Ideal Company Type

Since I recently started developing my startup in SaaS, I'm interested in working with a fast-growing IT company in e-commerce, edtech and in SaaS. I want to focus on learning tools for startup growth and development. I also want to understand how processes are built in global companies with more than 100,000 employees around the world.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

The TechWomen program is an amazing opportunity to obtain experience, skills and knowledge from emerging leaders, mentors and the host company. While I have garnered a product community of over 350 members in Uzbekistan and continue to host meetups, I feel that the TechWomen mentorship will help take this community global and aid in finding jobs in the tech industry for more people. Also, I firmly believe that with the support I will recieve from the TechWomen program, I can expand my professional network to be able to involve more professionals as mentors and speakers in the product community.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I aim to leverage the whole program community's experience through being a proactive contributor and investing every opportunity to connect, brainstorm, and share experiences. I will make use of my connection to help as many women as possible to become self-confident and resilient for a bright future.
