What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?
During my mentorship at TechWomen, I will be happy to share my experience in scientific research and mathematical modeling using ANSYS Fluent software. The results of my research on the development of hybrid models of urban planning and environmental sustainability using machine learning methods may be useful during this program. In addition, I would be happy to prepare and publish a joint publication with a mentor if there are any scientific and practical results. If my mentor is interested in my contacts from Kazakhstan or researchers from UK, France and other countries, I will gladly share and contribute to a new collaboration.

My desired industry is the intersection of science and technology using AI and other mathematical modeling tools. It is important to me that what I do is applicable and can benefit people and the environment. I can work successfully in both big and small teams, as well as on my own. For me, the ideal environment is one that supports creativity, allows everyone to express their individuality and gives us the courage to find non-standard solutions. I like to share knowledge and communicate with those around me. I will be happy to contribute to projects that have a positive impact on the world.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
Participation in the TechWomen program, working with a mentor, networking, attending events and interacting with various STEM experts will definitely increase my knowledge and opportunities for collaboration towards the future. Since I would like to focus my internship on the study of AI innovation, its applications in science and beyond, I hope this program will improve my skills in this area and provide inspiration and ideas for future research and projects. In the future, I will be able to apply the experience gained to the development of AI in Kazakhstan. This life-changing program will give a huge boost to my career.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
My goal during the program is to improve my technical skills, expand my network of contacts by actively participating in events and represent my country well. I will apply the experience gained in future projects and share knowledge by organizing seminars. I aim to foster connections between Kazakhstan and foreign experts, promoting cooperation and international projects. I aspire to gather ideas, create local projects and inspire others, particularly women, to set high standards and seize opportunities. I hope that my experience with the TechWomen program will serve as an example and I look forward to supporting and motivating colleagues on their journey.
