What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

My five years of experience in the local fintech sector have provided me with valuable insights and skills in many areas such as technical support, software deployment and testing, application administration and development. I would be happy to provide a fresh perspective and different approach, sharing my knowledge and learning from others.

1. Learn more about best standards and practices in development and operations cycles.
2. Identify roadmaps and strategies for career advancement in the IT sector.
3. Develop technical skills and cultivate leadership and networking skills.

I look forward to working in a diverse setting where cross-disciplinary collaboration is encouraged, allowing me to gain insight into new areas of expertise and further develop my T-shaped professional skills within the IT industry with a focus on system architecture and product design management. Besides professional training programs, I believe that exposure to similar roles would give me a better insight into their nature and the expectations that come along with them. An ideal company would allow me to observe development cycles and delivery processes and gain real-time experience in the deployment of complex systems.

I believe that such collaboration will provide me with valuable exposure to new technologies, different approaches and best practices in the tech industry. Additionally, I hope to develop a strong network of passionate professionals and have the chance to collaborate and exchange knowledge with others who can help me to advance my career and become a more well-rounded and effective leader at my home country.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

Upon returning home, one of my goals is to apply the knowledge and skills I acquire from this experience by collaborating with colleagues and peers on projects that utilize innovative technologies and effective methodologies for resolving practical real-world problems.
