The culture in the company is innovative, technology-oriented, and productive. The company appreciates high professionalism, and creativity and has a well-built corporate culture.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I hope that cooperation with a mentor will help me expand my professional horizons and gain valuable knowledge and experience. The contribution of my mentor will help me develop leadership skills, improve communication, get to know the corporate culture, and pave the way for my professional development and the development of my company. This collaboration can also open the door to new opportunities and contacts in the international arena, which will help me grow and develop professionally.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

The knowledge I gain will help me organize courses and workshops to help young people and women gain the skills they need for a successful career in the technology industry, in partnership and collaboration with educational institutions, government organizations, and non-profit organizations. I will participate in public speaking, panel discussions, webinars, and events to share my knowledge and inspire others to follow the path of technology.
