After participating in the TechWomen program, I will leverage my experience to make a significant impact in my home country by founding an empowering NGO, implementing initiatives that promote gender equality in technology, mentoring aspiring women in STEM fields, and organizing workshops and events to share the knowledge and skills gained during the program. By empowering and inspiring more women to pursue careers in technology, I aim to contribute to the growth of the tech ecosystem in my home country and foster a more inclusive and diverse industry that drives innovation and socioeconomic progress.
