What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

My contribution to my TechWomen host company will be to apply my skills in cybersecurity and machine learning to our cooperative projects. I can share information about solutions and products offered by host company with my colleagues for further cooperation. Also, it will facilitate cultural exchange, so I can share about traditions and history of Kazakhstan.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

1. How machine learning techniques can be applied for malware detection and analysis.
2. Modern cybersecurity practices models.
3. Public speaking and networking skills.

I would like to join an enterprise-sized company that focuses on information security solutions or IT product manufacturer. It would be preferable if the company implements artificial intelligence techniques for anomaly detection, automation or product optimization. It would be exciting to see how new products and solutions are created while working a part of a big team. I admire management that continuously invests in their employees' development both professionally and personally.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I strongly believe that the TechWomen program is a great chance for me to grow personally and professionally. The program will give me an opportunity to learn the best world practices in the field of information security, to deepen my knowledge of artificial intelligence, to expand knowledge of information technology, IT solutions and keep up with the time. Furthermore, I will have a chance to improve my leadership skills and networking. I am sure that I can implement gained experience for my further professional growth.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

Today, Artificial Intelligence school in Kazakhstan is at the stage of formation and I would like to make my contribution to its development. The TechWomen program provides an opportunity to learn from the experience of leading companies in the IT field, establish contacts and consider the possibilities of further cooperation. Next year I am planning to be a mentor of Bachelor students and I want to share my experience with the younger generation. I think that my participation in the TechWomen program will be a positive example and motivation for other Kazakh women.
