What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

Based on my diverse experience in data analytics and entrepreneurship across the private sector and international NGOs, known for high uncertainty and risks, my most valuable contribution lies in my resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. I offer insights into navigating challenging environments, managing uncertainty, and overcoming obstacles. With expertise in data analytics, I can enhance analytical capabilities and drive data-driven decision-making. Moreover, I can share experiences in entrepreneurship, identifying opportunities, managing risks and building resilience to navigate uncertainty and drive innovation. Additionally, I am committed to completing projects within four weeks, making a small but impactful contribution if possible.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Gain proficiency in advanced data analytics techniques to enhance analytical skills and expand the toolkit.
  2. Develop insights into entrepreneurship within the tech industry, with focuses on how to integrate the latest AI techniques into business decision making, understanding the process of starting and scaling tech businesses.
  3. Strengthen leadership, networking and collaboration skills and acquire effective strategies for expanding my networks with investors and innovators specially those who are interested in dynamic and rabidly evolving markets such as MENA region.

I am especially drawn to companies that integrate AI and machine learning technologies, as I am eager to gain insights into their implementation and impact. Additionally, I am enthusiastic about learning their decision-making and problem-solving techniques, as it would enhance my analytical and critical thinking skills.

The mentor's guidance will provide valuable insights into the market landscape, industry trends and business practices, propelling my professional growth. Furthermore, I anticipate developing essential soft skills like communication, leadership and cultural understanding, enabling success on a global scale. Participating in the TechWomen program will ignite my dedication to create a lasting impact in my home country. I will actively share my experiences, inspiring and empowering women in STEM through group engagements and one-on-one interactions. Collaborating with Palestinian TechWomen alumnae, we will leverage our networks to establish a strong mentorship program, providing continuous support and guidance to women in STEM. This initiative will foster their professional growth and cultivate a vibrant community of empowered women. With confidence, I anticipate the expansion of this network, engaging more women and mentors to drive positive change and unlock opportunities in Palestine's tech landscape.
