What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

The 15-day mentorship with a U.S.-based mentor will provide valuable insights into global leadership practices, innovative management strategies, and the application of Generative AI in dynamic industries. Learning directly from an experienced professional will help me strengthen my team leadership skills, navigate challenges in startup ecosystems, and adopt best practices for scaling impactful projects. This mentorship will also expand my global perspective, open opportunities for cross-border collaboration, and guide me in aligning my career with emerging trends and sustainable growth, enabling me to make a greater impact in my field.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After participating in the TechWomen program, I will leverage my mentorship experience to empower women and youth in Uzbekistan by sharing knowledge on leadership, innovation, and emerging technologies like Generative AI. I plan to organize workshops and mentorship circles to transfer the skills and global insights gained, helping local startups and social projects grow sustainably. Additionally, I aim to collaborate with educational institutions and innovation hubs to inspire the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs, fostering a culture of inclusivity, creativity, and technological advancement that contributes to the country's digital transformation.
