My background in quality assurance, product coordination and telecom gives me insight into complex systems and user-centered solutions. I'm eager to contribute cultural insight from the Palestinian Territories, share practical knowledge on managing innovation under constraints and offer fresh perspectives on leadership. I hope to create meaningful dialogue with my mentor and peers, grounded in mutual learning, resilience and a shared commitment to impact.

I value environments where agility, excellence and long-term vision are integral to the culture. A mentor who understands how to align product, technology and business goals in complex settings would offer invaluable insight. I'm eager to learn from someone who can inspire bold thinking, share practical frameworks and support my growth as a confident and future-ready leader.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I hope this mentorship will expand my perspective on leading complex, high-impact projects within global organizations. Working closely with a U.S.-based mentor will allow me to gain practical insights into strategic product development, innovation culture and stakeholder alignment at scale. I aim to refine my leadership approach, explore new methodologies in project and product management and better understand how to translate vision into execution. This experience will help me grow into a more confident decision-maker, prepared to lead transformative initiatives in my region and beyond.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After TechWomen, I will channel the mentorship insights into empowering digital transformation efforts across the Palestinian Territories. I plan to mentor young professionals, especially women in tech, by sharing practical frameworks, leadership lessons and global best practices. I will introduce scalable project and product strategies in my organization and contribute to building a more innovative and expansive tech culture. Through community workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions and continuous collaboration, I aim to amplify the impact of this experience and support sustainable growth within local tech ecosystems.
