What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

I bring a strong background in QA automation across diverse sectors, from healthcare to mobility, along with mentoring experience and a deep understanding of international collaboration. My unique journey from engineering studies in Turkey to leading test automation projects in Albania gives me a cross-cultural lens and a commitment to inclusive tech. I hope to contribute by sharing best practices in test engineering, offering insights into scalable quality solutions, and engaging in thoughtful exchange around bridging gaps in tech education for women in underrepresented regions.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Scalable test automation strategies
  2. Leadership development and team management
  3. AI integration in QA processes

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Participate in a skills-building course, either provided by my mentor’s company or identify a free resource online
  • Focus on leadership skills building
  • Have exposure to specialized industry techniques
  • Exposes me to new tools and platforms
  • Gets me involved in day-to-day activities of the mentor and partnering company.

Ideal Company Type

My ideal mentor works in a mid-size, agile tech company that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. I'm especially drawn to organizations that are pioneering in AI, automation, or digital transformation, with a strong focus on product quality and user experience. A supportive, inclusive culture that encourages mentorship, cross-functional teamwork, and knowledge sharing is important to me. I hope to learn from someone who leads with empathy, embraces experimentation, and is committed to empowering the next generation of women in tech.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Eager-to-learn
  2. Collaborative
  3. Innovative

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

The 15-day mentorship will provide valuable exposure to cutting-edge practices in QA automation, AI, and leadership within a dynamic U.S. tech environment. Learning directly from an experienced mentor will help me refine my technical strategies, enhance problem-solving skills, and strengthen my ability to lead and mentor teams effectively. This experience will also broaden my understanding of global industry trends, open opportunities for cross-border collaboration, and inspire innovative approaches to challenges in my current role. Ultimately, it will accelerate my growth as a technical leader and enable me to bring fresh perspectives to the tech community in the Albania.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I will volunteer with future programs targeting women in the Balkans especially in Albania and Kosovo to raise awareness about the wide range of technical career opportunities available, empowering them to pursue meaningful careers without having to leave the countries and families they love.
