What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

I think I bring a lot of energy, ideas and practical experience. I've worked on the ground -- building platforms, launching a startup and managing national projects with limited resources, so I can share what it's like to build and lead in challenging environments. I love learning from others, but I'm also always ready to speak up, ask questions or offer a new perspective. I care a lot about making things work, not just talking, and I hope that mindset brings value to the mentorship experience.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Strategic applications of cybersecurity in organizations.
  2. Learn tools for scalable learning design for workforce training.
  3. Gain insights for building and leading tech-driven initiatives.

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Attend company meetings
  • Visit an office or attend a site-visit
  • Identify a short-term project I can work on at the partnering company
  • Have exposure to specialized industry techniques
  • Gets me involved in day-to-day activities of the mentor and partnering company.

Ideal Company Type

I'd value a mentor from a mid-to-large sized tech-driven company focused on cybersecurity or security-related innovation. Ideally, they have experience in strategy, product development or customer education, bridging technical and business perspectives with an understanding of how to scale solutions and lead cross-functional teams. I'd appreciate a culture that values curiosity, clarity and collaboration, where learning is continuous but outcomes are practical. I'm interested in mentors who approach cybersecurity holistically, considering human behavior, policy, systems and innovation. A mentor open to sharing real-world insights, guiding me through different areas of the field and involving me in a practical project would be an ideal match.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Driven
  2. Creative
  3. Strategic

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I hope to gain practical insights into how cybersecurity and learning strategies are applied in global organizations. I want to explore how teams lead digital transformation and drive workforce development. I'm also looking forward to gaining feedback on my current direction, identifying where I can specialize, and learning how to lead with both vision and structure. This will help me sharpen my skills, expand my perspective and confidently take the next steps in my career. Whether it be shadowing, discussion or a real project, I want this experience to bring clarity and momentum to the next stage of my cybersecurity journey.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I plan to use what I learn to develop or improve digital platforms that support workforce development and cybersecurity awareness in Albania. I will also organize knowledge-sharing events and mentorship activities for women and young professionals interested in tech. My goal is to bring back not just knowledge, but perspective, showing others what's possible and building stronger bridges between global standards and local needs in cybersecurity.
