What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

I bring a unique mix of experience in digital strategy, AI integration and storytelling impact. I hope to offer global peers and mentors fresh insights into how emerging economies adopt tech creatively, while contributing perspective on gender inclusion, social innovation and cultural intelligence. My experience across corporate, academic and nonprofit sectors gives me a multidimensional lens that I'm excited to share.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Explore AI product strategies in education and communication.
  2. Learn how tech companies build ethical AI tools.
  3. Strengthen leadership in innovation and digital storytelling.

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Focus on leadership skills building
  • Present my current work to professionals in my industry
  • Identify a short-term project I can work on at the partnering company
  • Exposes me to new tools and platforms
  • Gets me involved in day-to-day activities of the mentor and partnering company.

Ideal Company Type

My ideal mentor would come from a large, globally impactful tech company focused on artificial intelligence, digital platforms or educational technology. I'm drawn to organizations that foster innovation at scale, embrace experimentation, and lead ethically in emerging tech fields. A company with a collaborative culture, agile teams and a strong commitment to user-centered design would be a perfect fit. I hope to learn how product teams work cross-functionally to create scalable solutions while exploring how leadership is cultivated in fast-paced, diverse, and purpose-driven environments.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Visionary
  2. Empathetic
  3. Strategic

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I hope to gain hands-on insight into how U.S. tech companies apply AI and innovation in education, digital content and communication. I want to learn how they manage creative technology projects, structure product teams and build scalable, ethical platforms. This mentorship will also help me sharpen leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams and train others back home.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I plan to apply the mentorship experience to accelerate the launch of our AI-powered Digital Storytelling Lab in Morocco. I will use the learnings to mentor women in tech, enhance AI integration in communication and education and scale community impact projects such as storytelling for social change and training for girls in STEM.
