My experience working in dynamic environments equips me to share valuable perspectives on teamwork and adaptability. Passionate about learning and growth, I aim to contribute actively to discussions, support peers and foster mutual exchange. By sharing my background and enthusiasm, I hope to enrich the mentorship experience and build meaningful lasting connections within the TechWomen community.

Ideal Company Type

An ideal mentor match would come from a mid- to large-sized, innovation-driven company in the pharmaceutical biotechnology or health science technology sector. The organization should prioritize research, product development and real-world clinical applications that improve patient outcomes. A collaborative and mission-focused culture is essential—one that values mentorship, empowers women in STEM and encourages continuous learning and global engagement. The company should focus on impactful solutions, combining engineering and biotechnology to address medical needs, with an openness to digital transformation. A mentor with experience in team leadership, translational science and cross-sector collaboration would provide invaluable guidance and inspiration.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  2. Dedicated
  3. Compassionate

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I hope the 15-day mentorship will provide me with hands-on experience and exposure to innovative practices in pharmaceutical biotechnology and health science technology. This opportunity will help me develop advanced technical skills, deepen my understanding of cutting-edge industry trends and build a global professional network. By learning directly from experts in a dynamic environment, I aim to gain new insights that will support my career growth, enable me to contribute effectively to my field and open doors to future collaborations and leadership roles in the health technology sector.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After completing the TechWomen program, I plan to apply the knowledge and skills I’ve gained to advance pharmaceutical biotechnology and health science technology in my home country. I will share best practices and innovative approaches with local colleagues, contribute to improving healthcare services and support the integration of new technologies to enhance patient outcomes. By mentoring others and fostering collaboration, I aim to help build a stronger, more sustainable healthcare ecosystem. My goal is to inspire and empower the next generation of women leaders in science and technology, driving positive change and growth in my community.
