What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

I believe my most valuable contribution to the TechWomen mentorship will be my strategic approach to leadership**—effectively** managing projects with limited resources and juggling multiple responsibilities. I bring a fast-learning mindset, quickly adapting and implementing improvements through agile methods. Additionally, my passion for digital transformation fuels my drive to innovate and embrace change. I look forward to sharing these skills, along with my cultural insights and collaborative spirit, to enrich the learning experience for both my mentor and peers—fostering a dynamic exchange of knowledge and ideas.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Master the art of leading and innovating cybersecurity strategies.
  2. Foster effective leadership within tech-driven companies
  3. Scale SaaS solutions for global markets

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Attend company meetings
  • Have exposure to the company culture
  • Participate in a skills-building course, either provided by my mentor’s company or identify a free resource online
  • Focus on leadership skills building
  • Exposes me to new tools and platforms

Ideal Company Type

My ideal mentor works in a mission-driven, innovative company focused on digital transformation, AI strategy or capacity building in emerging economies. I value a collaborative, inclusive and visionary culture**—**where experimentation, systems thinking and female leadership are encouraged. I'm seeking exposure to strategic decision-making within a dynamic, future-oriented environment. The organization could be mid- to large-scale and ideally supports high-impact work that bridges technology and real-world social impact.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Driven
  2. Strategic
  3. Curious

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

This mentorship will give me the structure, exposure and tools to scale my work from local to global impact. I hope to refine my leadership voice, gain perspective on strategic innovation and build systems that support digital education and AI adoption in underserved communities. I aim to explore how to translate my research and projects into sustainable, high-impact solutions, while learning from industry leaders about navigating global-scale change as a woman in tech.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After TechWomen, I will use my experience to elevate digital strategy and AI capacity-building programs for women, youth and underserved professionals in Morocco. I plan to create a training academy that combines accessible AI education, mentorship and entrepreneurship. I will host free community workshops and create bilingual content across my platforms to democratize knowledge. Through partnerships, public speaking and mentoring, I will promote a tech-literate generation prepared to lead Morocco’s digital transformation. I also aim to connect local talent to global innovation networks and opportunities.
