After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
After participating in the TechWomen program, I will leverage my mentorship experience by empowering my team through targeted capacity-building initiatives and sharing best practices in leadership, innovation and sustainability. I plan to establish a Green Innovation Hub focused on agri-biotech and climate-tech solutions, creating a collaborative space for young scientists, entrepreneurs and farmers.
