What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I look forward to a transformative 15-day mentorship with a U.S.-based mentor to sharpen my cybersecurity leadership skills and deepen my understanding of strategic risk management and secure platform development. This opportunity will help me learn how to effectively communicate with executives and influence decision-making-- both crucial for my journey to becoming a chief information security officer. I'm excited to explore innovative uses of AI in cybersecurity and engage in meaningful knowledge sharing, networking and experience exchange to broaden my impact and accelerate my growth as a technology leader.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After participating in the TechWomen program, I plan to use the skills, knowledge and connections I gain to drive positive change in Rwanda's tech landscape. As someone passionate about cybersecurity and data protection, I will leverage this mentorship to accelerate my journey toward becoming a chief information security officer (CISO). I aim to apply strategic leadership and cybersecurity expertise to strengthen security programs, mentor women in tech and promote cybersecurity awareness. My goal is to build resilient organizations and inspire the next generation of cybersecurity leaders in my region.
