What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

My most valuable contribution to TechWomen will be my leadership experience in building and growing a UX/CX community from scratch, especially in a context with limited initial knowledge. I bring a unique perspective on navigating multicultural projects and organizing impactful events that empower women to find their voice. I see myself as a collaborative participant, an active listener, organizer and expert, eager to share insights and learn from others. I am open to new ideas and committed to mutual growth, fostering an environment of knowledge exchange that benefits both mentors and fellow participants.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. How to build and scale CX strategies across regions
  2. Basics of CX analytics using Python, AI and LLM tools
  3. Developing leadership skills for managing communities and teams

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Attend company-wide meetings and/or team meetings
  • Identify a short-term project I can work on at the partnering company
  • Have exposure to specialized industry techniques
  • Exposes me to new tools and platforms
  • Gets me involved in day-to-day activities of the mentor and partnering company.

Ideal Company Type

My ideal mentor works at a mid-sized to global company focused on real user-facing products or large-scale research and consulting. I seek guidance from expert in product development, user research, CX analytics and developing CX/UX strategy, combined with strong leadership skills. I value inclusive, flexible cultures that prioritize learning and employee growth. Through mentorship, I want to acquire global leadership skills, explore whether to deepen in analytics, and clarify how to advance my career in CX/UX applying insights in diverse cultural contexts for meaningful impact.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Empathetic
  2. Curious
  3. Collaborative

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

The mentorship will connect me with an experienced leader, offering guidance in strategic decision-making, advancing women's leadership, empowering networks and identifying innovations that align with my career goals. I aim to deepen my skills in CX strategy and analytics, and learn how to scale both impact-driven work and professional communities. Exposure to my mentor's leadership experience will expand my perspective, strengthen my expertise and open new opportunities for growth personally, professionally, and within the broader CX/UX field.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After TechWomen, I will apply my mentorship experience to strengthen and scale the mentorship program for women within our UX/CX community in Kazakhstan. I plan to use the leadership skills and global insights gained to create a supportive environment that empowers more women to become confident speakers and professionals in the field. Additionally, I will promote advanced CX/UX strategies and analytics practices, fostering innovation and inclusive growth in the local tech ecosystem, contributing to a more diverse and skilled community.
