What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

I love learning new things and working with others to find solutions. Through my work as a founder of Itla, I've developed skills in making complex ideas accessible and engaging for a broad audience. My work in health tech has taught me a lot about listening to users and working closely with different teams. I want to bring this experience to TechWomen by sharing what I know, learning from others, and helping build a community where we all grow through shared knowledge and support.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Best practices in AI-powered product management.
  2. Learn strategies for scaling free digital products.
  3. Digital media growth strategies for South Asian audiences.

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Attend company-wide meetings and/or team meetings
  • Visit an office or attend a site-visit
  • Focus on technical skills building
  • Identify a short-term project I can work on at the partnering company
  • Have exposure to basic industry techniques

Ideal Company Type

I am seeking a mentor from a forward-thinking, technology-driven company that fosters a culture of innovation and comprehensive leadership, ideally within SaaS, digital media or healthtech. The company should excel in modern product management practices, especially leveraging AI-powered features, and prioritize data-driven decision-making. Additionally, it should have experience scaling ventures on a global level.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Hardworking
  2. Collaborative
  3. Empathetic

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

This mentorship will provide me with strategies to scale digital products like Itla (weekly business and tech newsletter) into a leading South Asian business and tech media platform. It will also equip me with advanced modern product management practices to excel in my healthtech role, including effectively integrating AI as a complementary tool, while enhancing my leadership skills to nurture startups and empower women entrepreneurs.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I will use the mentorship experience to expand Itla's outreach and offerings - including workshops and various segments - empowering youth and women entrepreneurs. I will also drive innovation in healthcare accessibility through AI solutions, fostering inclusive leadership and bridging gaps in Pakistan's tech ecosystem.
