What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

I hope my most valuable contribution to the TechWomen mentorship will be sharing my expertise in green logistics and digital transformation. With years of experience leading teams and driving innovation in sustainable urban mobility, I bring practical insights into implementing tech solutions in challenging environments. I will also share unique perspectives on women's entrepreneurship in Central Asia, highlighting both challenges and successes. I value collaboration and open communication, aiming to create a supportive space where mentors and peers exchange ideas and learn from diverse cultural and professional experiences.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Learn about scalable green logistics system design.
  2. Learn about data-driven urban mobility solutions.
  3. Gain skills in leadership in tech-driven teams.

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Have exposure to specialized industry techniques
  • Gets me involved in day-to-day activities of the mentor and partnering company.

Ideal Company Type

My ideal mentor is a strategic leader working in an innovative, impact-driven company focused on sustainability, engineering or logistics. They lead diverse teams, drive change and inspire others through vision and action. The organization values collaboration, responsibility and continuous growth. I would appreciate a mentor who shares experience in managing people, building strong teams and making meaningful decisions. A supportive and empowering leadership style is important to me, along with openness to new ideas and commitment to real-world solutions.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Collaborative
  2. Strategic
  3. Adaptable

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I hope this mentorship will help me gain practical insights into cutting-edge green logistics and urban mobility technologies. Learning directly from an experienced U.S.-based leader will enhance my skills in sustainable engineering and data-driven decision-making. I want to explore innovative solutions and leadership strategies to better manage diverse teams and scale projects internationally. This experience will support my career goal to drive impactful, sustainable logistics innovations in my region, while expanding my professional network and opening new opportunities for collaboration and growth.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I will enhance my project by deepening its focus on digital business transformation, applying cutting-edge knowledge gained from mentorship. As a co-founder of a women's business community, She Community, I plan to organize workshops and meetings with women entrepreneurs to share insights and inspire innovation. This will empower local businesswomen to adopt digital solutions and scale their ventures sustainably. Through these activities, I aim to foster a supportive ecosystem for female entrepreneurs and contribute to advancing digital transformation in my country.
