What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

I bring a unique perspective from building and scaling digital businesses in an emerging market with limited resources, fast-changing environments and strong cultural complexity. My strength lies in team leadership, growth strategy and applying AI to improve user experience in marketplaces. I’m also known for turning challenges into sustainable systems, especially during crises. I look forward to sharing insights on navigating ambiguity, leading with empathy and building impact-driven teams. Through open exchange, I hope to contribute to a richer, more global understanding of leadership, tech innovation and the opportunities that emerging markets offer to the global digital economy.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Learn how to design secure architectures for fintech platforms.
  2. Strengthen cross-cultural leadership capabilities in global teams
  3. Develop and scale AI-powered digital products from concept to execution

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Attend company-wide meetings and/or team meetings
  • Have exposure to the company culture
  • Identify workshops or certificate programs to further my learning after the program has ended
  • Focus on technical skills building
  • Have exposure to specialized industry techniques

Ideal Company Type

My ideal mentor works in a fast-growing tech company with a focus on marketplaces, digital platforms or AI-powered products. The company is driven by innovation, mission-oriented and operates across multiple markets. I would value a mentor with experience in business growth, product strategy and team leadership — especially in multicultural environments. A collaborative, open-minded and impact-focused culture is important, as I seek to grow into a regional leadership role and scale inclusive digital solutions in emerging markets.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Strategic
  2. Resilient
  3. Empathetic

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I hope the 15-day mentorship will deepen my understanding of international growth strategies, team leadership across cultures and innovation in digital product development. Learning directly from a U.S.-based mentor in a fast-paced tech environment will equip me with new frameworks, tools and global perspectives to prepare for a regional leadership role. I also hope to exchange ideas on building inclusive, mission-driven teams and explore how to scale AI-powered marketplaces. This experience will enhance my confidence, expand my network and support me in bringing meaningful, long-term impact to my organization and the tech ecosystem in Central Asia.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After TechWomen, I will apply my mentorship experience to support regional business growth and develop inclusive leadership in Kyrgyzstan’s tech sector. I plan to launch training programs for women in small towns, create mentoring circles and expand access to non-technical IT roles. The insights gained from the program will help me coach my teams more effectively, lead cross-cultural initiatives and inspire more women—especially those from underrepresented regions—to pursue careers in tech. My goal is to scale impact through mentorship, education and practical career development opportunities.
