What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

I have first-hand knowledge of helping women succeed in tech in conservative cultures. Because I've worked with people from different places, I'm good at sharing ideas and learning together. I'm excited to bring my view and help everyone learn from each other in TechWomen.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Deepen expertise in Big Data architectures like Hadoop and Spark.
  2. Practical applications for AI-driven analytics, real-time data processing or automated reporting tools.
  3. Master public speaking and pitching skills.

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Visit an office or attend a site-visit
  • Participate in a skills-building course, either provided by my mentor’s company or identify a free resource online
  • Focus on leadership skills building
  • Have exposure to basic industry techniques
  • Exposes me to new tools and platforms

Ideal Company Type

I seek a mentor from a global tech leader specializing in data analytics/AI, preferably in energy or IT — industries critical to Turkmenistan's development. Their company should value cross-functional collaboration, emerging market innovation and women in leadership. Culture-wise, I thrive with mentors who blend Silicon Valley rigor with practical empathy—someone who has scaled data systems globally but understands grassroots implementation challenges.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Analytical
  2. Insightful
  3. Driven

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

My mentorship will help me to sharpen my technical skills (such as visualization and big data tools) through hands-on U.S. tech industry insights and expand my problem-solving toolkit by learning Silicon Valley approaches to data-driven challenges. Through TechWomen, I will build global connections to explore cross-border career opportunities in data science. My mentor's real-world experience at top tech firms could help me bridge gaps between academic knowledge and industry demands, while their career path guidance would clarify my next steps.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I'll drive Turkmenistan's digital transformation by implementing data solutions in energy/manufacturing sectors using TechWomen-acquired expertise. I'll launch a mentorship program for girls, adapting global best practices to local context. My initiative will bridge local businesses with international analytics experts, create sustainable knowledge-sharing through a TechWomen-alumni network, and introduce culturally-responsive strategies to overcoming barriers for women in tech. This three-pillar approach will position me as a change agent accelerating both digital progress and representation in Turkmenistan's growing tech ecosystem.
