What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

I bring a unique blend of experience in banking, project coordination, and community leadership. Through years of volunteering, mentoring girls in STEM, and launching initiatives with government and international partners, I have learned how to connect people, spark ideas and bring projects to life even with limited resources. I hope to contribute fresh perspectives on financial inclusion, share insights from emerging markets, and support my mentor and peers with dedication, empathy and cultural exchange.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Design secure architectures for fintech platforms.
  2. Manage IT infrastructure in digital financial systems.
  3. Learn management of IT infrastructure.

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Have exposure to the company culture
  • Identify workshops or certificate programs to further my learning after the program has ended
  • Have exposure to basic industry techniques
  • Exposes me to new tools and platforms

Ideal Company Type

I would like a mentor from a mid-size or large company working in computer networks, fintech, or cybersecurity. Ideally, the company would focus on digital financial services, secure infrastructure, or blockchain technology. I prefer a calm, supportive work culture where I can learn both by observing and hands-on experience. A mentor who understands both the technical and business aspects would help me grow and bring new ideas to my work back home.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Responsible
  2. Dedicated
  3. Strategic

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

This mentorship will help me explore practical applications of secure and scalable network infrastructures in fintech, understand how U.S. companies implement innovative technologies in banking, and strengthen my technical and leadership skills to more effectively lead digital transformation initiatives in Turkmenistan.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After the program, I will share my knowledge through workshops for young professionals and women in tech, especially in remote areas. I will use the insights gained to improve secure infrastructure in the banking sector and promote digital innovation in Turkmenistan.
