What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

I bring an entrepreneurial spirit and experience to my colleagues, and hope that it will bring creativity to the exchange process. I am very open-minded and positive, so it will definitely contribute to the engagement process. I can also share cultural insights of Central Asian startup ecosystem and knowledge on building startup ecosystem where is a huge gap of finances and resource constraints. Having launched several ventures, I can also bring my expertise in business development. I hope we can collaborate with all colleagues and mentors during the program.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. How to design engaging digital learning experiences
  2. STEAM for kids, age-appropriate apps, tablets to teach basic coding, math, art.
  3. Technologies for parent communication, progress tracking, and remote learning tools

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Participate in a skills-building course, either provided by my mentor’s company or identify a free resource online
  • Focus on leadership skills building
  • Present my current work to professionals in my industry
  • Expand on a project that I’m working on in my current role at home
  • Exposes me to new tools and platforms

Ideal Company Type

My ideal mentor works in a mid-to-large innovative organization or startup focused on education technology, AI, or sustainable product development. The company fosters a collaborative, mission-driven culture that values inclusion, experimentation, and social impact. I seek a mentor experienced in scaling tech-enabled solutions, navigating global markets, and building cross-sector partnerships. Ideally, they are passionate about teaching kids or youth, through technology and entrepreneurship.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Ambitious
  2. Active
  3. Uniting

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I seek to explore best practices in building e-learning platforms or platforms for school and parents engagement. I hope this experince will help me to build my own e-learning solution here. Another track, I am looking for exploring STEAM (science, technology, engingeering, art, mathematics) teaching programs to implement into kindergarden and school's curriculum. I will introduce it to kindergarden and schools focused on STEAM education. This knowledge will help me to enhance education system for kids.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After participating in the TechWomen program, I plan to pilot an e-learning platform or parenting-focused startup to address critical gaps in education and family support in my country. I will leverage the mentorship experience to gain global insights, best practices, and innovative tools to create scalable, inclusive solutions. Additionally, I aim to introduce STEAM education in kindergartens and universities, fostering creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking from an early age. By sharing my knowledge with educators, parents, and policymakers, I hope to contribute to building a more future-ready generation and a stronger foundation for lifelong learning.
