What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

As someone building education solutions in low-resource communities, I offer practical insight into what inclusion really looks like on the ground. My experience in designing bite-sized, mobile-friendly learning for low-literacy users will add value to conversations around accessibility and user-centered design. I'm eager to share how we use storytelling, culture and community-driven strategies to build trust and scale learning. This mentorship is a chance to grow but it is also to contribute perspective, creativity and lived experience to the collective learning process.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Design scalable learning technology systems.
  2. Build strategic global partnerships and networks.
  3. Learn about enhancing user-centered content experience.

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Have exposure to the company culture
  • Visit an office or attend a site-visit
  • Focus on leadership skills building
  • Have exposure to specialized industry techniques
  • Exposes me to new tools and platforms

Ideal Company Type

My ideal mentor works in an innovation-driven company focused on education, digital learning or workforce development. I'd value someone from a mid-to-large organization that builds accessible tools or platforms at scale. A collaborative and inclusive culture is important to me; where innovation is people-centered, not just product-driven. I would love to learn from someone experienced in building sustainable impact models, managing cross-functional teams and navigating partnerships that connect technology, business and community needs.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Visionary
  2. Resourceful
  3. Purpose-driven

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I hope the 15-day mentorship will expose me to new ways of thinking about product development, global expansion and sustainable scaling. I'm eager to learn how education-focused organizations in the U.S. navigate innovation, lead diverse teams and build for inclusion at scale. I also hope to get guidance on strengthening Suwk's technical infrastructure and building strategic partnerships beyond Africa. Most importantly, I look forward to open, honest conversations with someone who has walked this path and can help me sharpen my vision and leadership as I build a global, impact-driven company.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After TechWomen, I'll apply the mentorship insights to strengthen Suwk's learning experience, scale our reach and introduce new tech-driven approaches to vocational training in underserved Nigerian communities. More importantly, I plan to launch a women-focused learning track that supports young women in gaining digital and trade skills through our platform. I'll also mentor early-stage female founders in tech and organize knowledge-sharing sessions for women-led teams. My goal is not just to grow Suwk, but to create more pathways for women to enter tech, build with tech and thrive because of tech.
