What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

I hope my most valuable contribution to the TechWomen mentorship will be my expertise in cybersecurity and DevSecOps, combined with a strong commitment to continuous learning and innovation. I bring a unique perspective as a woman working in a challenging tech environment, and I am eager to share insights on secure software development, threat detection and cloud security best practices. Additionally, I offer a collaborative spirit and cultural insights from my background, fostering mutual understanding and enriching the learning exchange. I aim to inspire and support others while gaining new knowledge to drive meaningful impact in my community.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Increase skills in AI/ML models security review.
  2. Learn advanced techniques for full-stack application security.
  3. Gain skills for leadership of global cybersecurity teams.

  • Gets me involved in day-to-day activities of the mentor and partnering company.

Ideal Company Type

My ideal mentor works in a leading, innovation-driven technology company with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity, cloud computing or AI. The organization is mid- to large-sized, fostering a collaborative culture that prioritizes security, continuous learning and ethical technology development. I seek a mentor experienced in DevSecOps, Secure by Design, Penetration Tester or threat intelligence, who empowers women in tech. Ideally, they contribute to impactful, global cybersecurity solutions and encourage growth through hands-on guidance, leadership and research.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Ambitious
  2. Diligent
  3. Analytical

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

In the long term, I intend to establish a social enterprise offering training and job opportunities for women with disabilities and migrants, working with local NGOs, government bodies, and international organizations to ensure successful integration into Tajikistan's economy.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After participating in the TechWomen program, I will apply the knowledge and skills gained to strengthen cybersecurity practices in my home country. I plan to lead workshops and mentorship sessions to empower aspiring women in technology. By implementing best practices in secure software development and threat intelligence, I aim to help local organizations enhance their cyber resilience. Additionally, I will collaborate with peers and industry leaders to drive innovation and advocate for responsible technology use, contributing to a safer, more secure digital ecosystem that supports economic growth and social development.
