What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

I bring a rare mix of technical depth, strategic thinking and emotional intelligence shaped by my journey from a small town to leading digital transformation in complex, high-performing environments. My lived experience navigating both systemic challenges and innovation spaces allows me to offer fresh, grounded perspectives, particularly on adaptive technology, African market dynamics and simplifying complexity. I hope to contribute through thoughtful collaboration, cultural insight and a genuine commitment to shared learning. I'm excited to exchange not just knowledge, but real, human connection that leads to meaningful and lasting impact.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Increase public speaking and storytelling for impact skills.
  2. How to using GenAI to build agentic workflows.
  3. Hone skills in designing business data strategy and scalable teams.

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Focus on leadership skills building
  • Expand on a project that I’m working on in my current role at home
  • Have exposure to basic industry techniques
  • Exposes me to new tools and platforms
  • Gets me involved in day-to-day activities of the mentor and partnering company.

Ideal Company Type

My ideal mentor works in a mid-to-large company with a focus on AI/automation, data infrastructure or enterprise workflow tools. They've led initiatives that use AI or data to improve business operations, enhance productivity or drive meaningful change. I'd value learning from someone who understands both the technical and human side of innovation, someone who's built and scaled data or AI teams and navigated complex environments with clarity and empathy. A company culture that values purpose-driven technology and empowering underrepresented voices would make the experience even more meaningful.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Empathetic
  2. Pragmatic
  3. Resilient

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I hope the 15-day mentorship will deepen my understanding of how AI and data strategies are practically implemented in high-performing organizations. I want to explore how GenAI and agentic workflows can be used to drive real business value, improve operations and empower teams. Learning from someone who has built and scaled such solutions will help me refine my leadership approach, bring back practical tools to my team and accelerate my journey toward building tech-driven solutions for underserved communities.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After TechWomen, I plan to use the knowledge and networks gained to advance AI adoption and digital transformation in ways that truly serve people, especially in under-resourced communities. I will share learnings with my team and mentor emerging women leaders in tech. I will confidently start my journey to building accessible solutions like free AI-powered tools for financial literacy and service navigation. This experience will also help me shape national conversations around responsible tech, while inspiring a new generation of leaders to see technology as a force for change.
