This mentorship will deepen my leadership capacity, enhance my strategic decision-making and unlock access to global networks and resources. It will advance my mission to build resilient agricultural ecosystems and generate lasting economic impact for underserved communities across Africa.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After TechWomen, I will leverage my mentorship experience to transform Radava Mercantile, where I work into a leading force for agricultural innovation and financial inclusion in Kenya. I will actively mentor emerging entrepreneurs, sharing the knowledge I acquired to build a vibrant ecosystem of tech-driven solutions that address systemic challenges. By fostering strategic partnerships and scaling proven models, I will amplify the impact on smallholder farmers’ productivity and resilience.
