What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

I hope to contribute my passion for sustainable development, women’s empowerment, and innovation in food processing and clean energy. With hands-on experience scaling women-led businesses and integrating clean technologies into the food sector, I bring a unique perspective on transforming traditional industries. I look forward to sharing knowledge about rural community engagement, digitalization for business growth, and inclusive policy advocacy. My goal is to exchange ideas on scaling impact-driven solutions and empower fellow women entrepreneurs to create lasting change in their communities.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  2. Develop export market strategies and ensure compliance.
  3. Lead the scaling of women-led startups.

My ideal mentor should work in a mid-to-large sized company or startup focused on renewable energy, sustainability, digital innovation for inclusive entrepreneurship. I am especially interested in how technology and data-driven approaches can accelerate climate resilience, women’s economic empowerment and circular economy solutions. I would value guidance from someone with experience in scaling mission-driven businesses, advancing clean tech or climate-smart solutions and creating inclusive impact across global markets. A collaborative and socially conscious culture is important to me. I hope to learn how to develop partnerships, leverage innovation and build sustainable systems that support both environmental goals and economic growth.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Visionary
  2. Resilient
  3. Innovative

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I hope the 15-day mentorship will strengthen my leadership and business strategy skills, exposing me to global innovations in Agriculture and clean energy. This experience will help me explore new funding opportunities, refine my investor readiness and understand how to scale through digital marketplaces. Working with a U.S. based mentor will also support my efforts to develop strategic partnerships, improve product development and expand into new markets. I aim to learn sustainable, tech-enabled models that can be localized in Africa, empowering more women, enhancing food security and positioning my company as a key player in Africa's green food ecosystem.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After participating in the TechWomen program, I will use my mentorship experience to drive innovation in food processing and clean energy in Nigeria. I will expand STEM initiatives for women and youth by organizing hands-on training in solar technology, agritech, and digital skills. I also plan to advocate for inclusive policies that support women-led businesses and renewable energy. Through mentorship and community programs, I will empower others to solve local challenges and strengthen my leadership in food systems and green solutions.
