What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

I bring a unique perspective from my work empowering women, migrants, and people with disabilities in Tajikistan through digital skills and mentorship. My experience in IT project management, fintech, and fair education enables me to share practical knowledge on creating accessible training programs and fostering digital literacy. I can contribute by offering insights into local challenges and solutions for fair employment, and through leadership and public speaking experiences. I hope to engage in meaningful exchanges that will not only enhance my skills but also inspire others to create impactful change in their communities.

Ideal Company Type

My ideal mentor would come from an organization focused on comprehensive education, social impact and technology-driven solutions. I seek a mentor with experience in fintech, e-learning, IT project management, public speaking and leadership. The ideal company would be a social enterprise or NGO working on digital inclusion for women, migrants, and people with disabilities, with access to job search resources and online work platforms. A collaborative, mission-driven culture that values innovation, expansiveness, and community empowerment would be the perfect environment for growth. The mentor should have leadership experience in scaling projects and driving social change.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Adaptable
  2. Detail-oriented
  3. Strategic

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

This year marks the 18th anniversary of my career. Over these years, I have gained a wealth of experience and insights, having worked in various fields. However, my main goal is to create a company where professionals, migrants and women with disabilities can work together.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After TechWomen, I will apply the knowledge and skills gained to develop AI-powered digital training programs focused on remote work, fintech and IT literacy for women, migrants and people with disabilities in Tajikistan. I plan to create a platform offering online courses, mentorship and job preparation resources, helping participants become self-reliant and globally competitive. I will also organize public speaking workshops to build confidence and communication skills. Through collaboration with partners, I aim to advance all-embracing, fair employment and reduce economic barriers using innovative technologies.
