What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

I bring a unique perspective as a chemical engineer focused on sustainable water management and AI-driven solutions. I hope to share insights into scaling sustainable solutions and fostering collaboration across cultures. I look forward to inviting mentors to witness the real-world implementation of these projects in Algeria and connect them with decision-makers. A potential future collaboration could be born from this experience, creating impactful opportunities for global partnerships in sustainability.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Learn how to integrate AI in water sustainability projects.
  2. Learn strategies for enhancing leadership in green technology.
  3. Master strategies for implementing large-scale sustainable solutions.

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Visit an office or attend a site-visit
  • Focus on leadership skills building
  • Focus on technical skills building
  • Exposes me to new tools and platforms
  • Gets me involved in day-to-day activities of the mentor and partnering company.

Ideal Company Type

My ideal mentor would be in a sustainability-focused company that specializes in environmental technologies and water management solutions. The company should be mid-to-large-sized, with a strong focus on innovation and AI integration to solve real-world challenges. The culture should promote collaboration, practical implementation and a commitment to delivering tangible, scalable results. I am looking for a mentor who can guide me in leading projects that not only focus on sustainable solutions but also ensure they are effectively implemented, produce positive, measurable outcomes, and foster strong cooperation across different sectors and regions.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Visionary
  2. Collaborative
  3. Empowering

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I hope the 15-day mentorship will help me refine my leadership skills and develop strategies for scaling sustainable water management projects using AI and innovative technologies. The opportunity to work with a U.S.-based mentor will provide valuable insights into effective project execution and collaboration across industries, enhancing my ability to lead impactful initiatives in the MENA region. I also aim to gain expertise in navigating global partnerships and learn best practices for scaling solutions that drive real-world environmental change and community empowerment.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After participating in the TechWomen program, I will leverage my mentorship experience to implement AI-driven, sustainable water management solutions in Algeria and the MENA region. I plan to apply the leadership and technical skills gained to scale projects that address water contamination and improve access to clean water. I will share this knowledge through my local network of university clubs and through my role with the NGO : Algeria Youth Ambassadors Foundation to drive real, measurable impact. This will help foster environmental sustainability and empower local communities to create long-term change.
