What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

I bring a unique perspective as a fintech founder from Central Asia and a product marketing manager at a UK-based company. Having worked in both regions, I understand the differences between mature and emerging markets. I've helped build fintech startups from scratch, leading go-to-market strategies and growth efforts across multiple user segments. I can contribute insights on localizing products, adapting to different customer behaviors and launching with limited resources. Through collaboration, I aim to contribute to a meaningful exchange of ideas, learning not only from mentors but also enriching their global view through my experience.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Automate marketing processes using AI.
  2. Build digital presence and customer retention.
  3. Learn leadership and strategic task delegation.

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Focus on leadership skills building
  • Present my current work to professionals in my industry
  • Identify a short-term project I can work on at the partnering company
  • Exposes me to new tools and platforms
  • Gets me involved in day-to-day activities of the mentor and partnering company.

Ideal Company Type

I'm looking for a mentor with experience in fintech, ideally someone who has helped launch and scale digital products. I'd appreciate guidance from an expert who has led one of the following areas: product-led launch, customer acquisition, messaging or sales enablement. Experience in building and guiding cross-functional marketing teams would be valuable. I'm also eager to grow as a leader and improve my delegation skills, so a mentor who combines strategic thinking with practical execution would be a great fit. A collaborative, open and feedback-friendly culture is a plus.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Curious
  2. Visionary
  3. Resilient

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

This mentorship will help me develop the skills I need to grow 4Rize, my fintech startup, and expand it into international markets. As a first-time founder, I want to learn how to scale a product, reach the right customers and build lasting partnerships. I also aim to strengthen my leadership and delegation abilities. Learning from leaders who have built global companies will guide me through these challenges. This experience will support my personal growth and help me create more jobs and opportunities for women in fintech, especially across Central Asia.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After TechWomen, I will use my mentorship experience to support women in Uzbekistan, especially in remote areas where access to role models and tech careers is limited. I'll work with the Uzbekistan Fintech Association's WE Fintech project to mentor female entrepreneurs and help them grow digital businesses. Through ADPList platform, I'll offer free career consultations to young women and promote skills for entering the tech. I also plan to share global insights with local startups encouraging a growth mindset and stronger connections with international communities to build a more strong tech ecosystem in Uzbekistan.
