I would value a mentor with expertise in AI governance, data security, and the integration of AI solutions in real-world applications. The company's mission would align with driving sustainable, inclusive growth, empowering communities through technology, and prioritizing responsible AI development and data management practices.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

The TechWomen program, which focuses on empowering leaders from different countries, offers a unique opportunity to receive valuable advice from experienced professionals. Participating in this program will allow me to gain new perspectives on leadership skills. I am confident that learning from the examples and experiences of successful women leaders will help me develop the necessary skills more quickly and confidently move forward in achieving my professional goals.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After participating in the TechWomen program, I will apply the mentorship experience to advocate for ethical AI and data governance frameworks in local industries. I aim to educate and empower tech leaders and organizations in my home country on responsible technology practices. By developing initiatives focused on inclusive innovation, I will work to create accessible solutions for differently-abled individuals. I will also collaborate with local institutions to increase awareness and foster tech talent growth, driving sustainable impact in Pakistan's tech ecosystem.
