What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

With a strong foundation in visual storytelling, branding and UI/UX design, I bring a creative lens to tech innovation. I hope to contribute to the mentorship by sharing my experience designing user-centered digital products, building brand identities for startups, and using design to solve real-world problems. My artistic background, combined with technical skills, allows me to offer unique perspectives on how design enhances user experience and drives impact.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Management of startup operations and strategies for business growth
  2. Gain insight into innovation culture within tech companies
  3. Explore creative tech entrepreneurship in media and design

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Visit an office or attend a site-visit
  • Focus on leadership skills building
  • Present my current work to professionals in my industry
  • Identify a short-term project I can work on at the partnering company

Ideal Company Type

My ideal mentor works in a mid-to-large innovative company or startup that bridges technology and creativity, particularly in media, design, or user-centered digital solutions. I value a collaborative and dynamic work culture that encourages experimentation, leadership, and cross-disciplinary learning. A mentor who understands both the creative and technical sides of product development would help me grow as a designer, developer, and entrepreneur.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Creative
  2. Multidisciplinary
  3. Adaptable

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

The 15-day mentorship offers a valuable opportunity to receive expert feedback on my current businesses, helping me identify and correct mistakes while gaining new perspectives. I hope to learn practical strategies to grow my business, improve my leadership skills and gain insight into global best practices. Connecting with experienced professionals will also inspire new project ideas and allow me to explore innovative approaches. This experience will deepen my understanding of startup development, enhance my decision-making and strengthen my ability to build scalable, impactful solutions in both tech and creative industries.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After the TechWomen program, I plan to share my mentorship experience with students at the Higher National School of Computer Science, as well as with the communities and clubs of which I'm a member or alumna. Throughout the mentorship, I'll be actively taking notes and gathering insights to address my questions, which I hope to compile into a published article. I also aim to replicate the spirit of the program by organizing similar events locally, mentoring and empowering women in tech through knowledge sharing, workshops and networking opportunities.
